By focusing on the Natura precinct’s unique and vast selection of amenities, as well as the seamless integration of nature within the development we created a brand that blended the compelling proposition of nature and lifestyle into a complete package across web, print, physical space and campaign that resulted in 90% of the property being sold on opening day to a value of $210M.
